Yes. The quote starts with a photo of your current policy or your license sent by text or WhatsApp. I come back with options, you pick one, you sign electronically, and your policy documents arrive by email. You never have to set foot in the office unless you want to.

Once the policy is bound, the ID card goes to your phone by text or email, and most companies also put it in their app. New York accepts an electronic ID card at a traffic stop, and the DMV needs the FS-20 insurance ID card to register a vehicle, which I send you as soon as the policy is bound. If you lose it later, text me and I'll resend it.
