Terms of Use
Last updated: October 25, 2026
These terms cover your use of yanzabrokeragegroup.com and the quote tools on it. The site is run by Yanza Brokerage Group LLC. By using the site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
They are written in plain language because you should be able to read them without a lawyer. Plain language does not make them less binding.
What this website is
This site is informational. It describes the types of insurance I can help you shop for and gives you ways to reach me. Nothing on the site is an offer of insurance, an insurance policy, or a promise that coverage is available to you.
Using the site, submitting the quote form, or booking an appointment does not by itself create an insurance policy or a broker-client relationship. That starts when we actually talk, you give me the information a company needs, and you decide to apply.
Quotes are estimates
Any price I give you, on the phone, by text or in writing, is an estimate based on the information you provided at that moment. The insurance company reviews your application, verifies your history, and sets the final rate. The final rate can be higher or lower than the quote.
Quotes are good for a limited time and can change if the information changes, the company's rates change, or new information comes up during underwriting.
When coverage starts
No coverage is bound until the insurance company confirms it in writing. A quote, a text saying 'you are approved', a payment that has not been accepted, or a submitted application does not mean you are insured. When your policy is bound, you receive written confirmation and, for auto, the New York State insurance ID card you need for the DMV.
Do not cancel an existing policy, drive a newly bought vehicle, or let a lender believe you are covered until you have that written confirmation. If you are unsure whether you are covered, ask me before you assume.
Your information must be accurate
Insurance pricing depends on what you tell me. Give complete and truthful information about drivers, vehicles, property, business operations, claims and tickets. If something is wrong or left out, the company can change your price, deny a claim, or cancel the policy, even after it is issued. Those consequences fall on you, not on the company and not on me.
Tell me when things change: a new driver in the house, a new address, a renovation, a new vehicle, new employees. I will tell you if the change affects your coverage.
Not legal, tax or financial advice
I am a licensed insurance broker, not a lawyer, accountant or financial planner. What I write here and what I tell you is insurance information and my professional recommendation about coverage. It is not legal, tax or investment advice. For questions about a lawsuit, a contract, immigration status, taxes or estate planning, talk to a professional licensed in that field.
I can tell you what coverage normally applies to a situation. When your situation is an edge case, I will say so and suggest you get advice.
Your policy controls
If anything on this site disagrees with the policy an insurance company issues to you, the policy wins. The policy, its declarations page and its endorsements define what is covered, what is excluded and what you pay.
The Spanish text on this site is written to help you understand your options. Insurance policies in New York are generally issued in English, and the English policy controls. If you want, we go through yours together in Spanish, line by line.
Licensing and how I am paid
Anthony Yanza Tomala is a Licensed Insurance Broker, State of New York, NY license 1986535, NPN 22297253. I act as a broker, which means I represent you in shopping for coverage. I am typically compensated by the insurance company through a commission when a policy is placed. If a broker fee ever applies to your transaction, I will disclose it in writing before you pay anything.
Coverage, prices and eligibility vary by company and by individual. A description of coverage on this site is general and may not match what a specific company offers you.
Intellectual property
The text, design, logo and images on this site belong to Yanza Brokerage Group LLC or are used with permission. You may read, print or share pages for personal, noncommercial use. Do not copy the site, scrape it, or reuse its content to market another business without my written permission.
Acceptable use
Use the site for its purpose: to learn about coverage and to contact me. Do not submit false information, impersonate someone else, upload malicious files, try to break the forms, or use automated tools to flood the site. I can block access and report abuse.
Third-party links and tools
The site links to tools I do not operate: Google Calendar for booking appointments, WhatsApp for messaging, and Google Maps for directions. Those services have their own terms and privacy policies, and your use of them is governed by those terms. I am not responsible for their availability or for how they handle your data.
Texts, calls and privacy
How I use the information you give me, and how text message consent and opt-out work, is explained in the Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy is part of these terms.
No warranties
I work to keep the site accurate and available, but it is provided as is. I do not promise that it is error free, that it is always up, or that any description of coverage applies to your specific situation. Insurance rules and company guidelines change, and a page can lag behind.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent New York law allows, Yanza Brokerage Group LLC and Anthony Yanza Tomala are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or your reliance on information on it. This does not limit the responsibilities I have to you as your licensed broker once I am handling your insurance, and it does not limit any liability that the law says cannot be limited.
Indemnification
If you break these terms, submit false information, or misuse the site, and that causes a claim against Yanza Brokerage Group LLC, you agree to cover the resulting costs, including reasonable attorney's fees.
Governing law and venue
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute about this website will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Suffolk County, New York, and you agree to that venue. If one part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest still applies.
Changes
I may update these terms. The date at the top tells you when. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
